<p>Today went well, got in my workout like I said before.  Did good with my eating.  I will be honest, I haven&#8217;t totally added up my calories, but I have done this enough times to k now I was in the ball park OK.  Felt good today, must continue on.  This is my life and no one else can do this but me.  I want to do this!  The older I get, I see the more important this.  I don&#8217;t want to be one of those people that is limited physically because of lack of self love and care. </p>

<p>I am going to bed soon. I have a migraine that has been brewing all day, almost to the point of throwing up.  I need some sleep, and I am going to give it to myself as soon as I get these kids in bed.</p>

<p>Good news &#8211; Only one more week of summer classes and this miserable 8am summer class will be out of my life! Also I&#8217;m looking forward to spending time with my brother and his friend Jim and Allison and if all goes as planned, they will get to meet my boyfriend over dinner. Yay for boyfriends and food lol. Oh yeah, I&#8217;m supposed to be revved up for dieting lol. Don&#8217;t worry, I&#8217;ll get it together&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="KonaBody"><p>OK, the last couple weeks I have been out of my mind crazy.  It feels just like always, when I am obsessed with food and eating as much of it as I can because I guess there are only about 120 or so days left until winter sets in or something.  I am not a freakin bear&#8230;although I may weigh as much as one if I continue on the path I have been on.  I am not posting a weight or anything because I haven&#8217;t officially weighed in this week, but I know it is probably in the low 190&#8217;s  yet.</p>
<p>Ellen, let me tell you once again how happy I am for you that you are reaching your goal.  I need to set some right now!</p>
<p>OK, like I have said before and I will say it once again.  The diet coke has got to go.  I just don&#8217;t do well when I am drinkning it, and it has been the only beverage I have basically had all week.  I am feeling it.  I ate like crap the last few days, and as Eric wrote once, I feel I almost literally feel the grease, fat, sugar, etc. seeping out of my pores.  I don&#8217;t even want to add up all the calories I have had in the last 2 days, it is disgusting, and I actually almost vomitted this afternoon after pigging out so bad, what is wrong with me??</p>
<p>I have 5 weeks from tomorrow before I run my 1/2 marathon.  That is reall scarey.  I have not prepared for this nearly as well as I should have, I hope I don&#8217;t regret it too much.  Anway, goal number one:  No diet coke until after the run.  5 weeks.</p>
<p>Next week, work really does slow down for me, which is good.  I am only scheduled about 30 hours next week, so that should be much more manageable, and I shouldn&#8217;t have as much trouble getting in my workouts.</p>
<p>Goal number two:  get in all my workouts next week.</p>
<p>Goal number three:  no unhealthy fast food until after my run.</p>
<p>My biggest obstacles are going to be that we have 2 family reunions to attend and we will be camping out in the hills for a week in July.  Always hard to avoid all the junk food at those times, but I must try.  I have a goal to be at 179 lbs by the 1/2 marathon.  I had hoped to be lower than that, but I don&#8217;t  think it is reasonable anymore.  Perhaps, I can get to 175, but it would be really hard.  I just want to be at least back in the 170&#8217;s, even it is 179, it will feel good to say goodbye again to the 180&#8217;s and 190&#8217;s.</p>
