Here I go again!!!!!!!!

OK………I know you have no reason to believe me, due to past performance, but I am here to say…….”This week will be different,  I want my life back”

I am SICK of this…SICK,SICK,SICK,SICK of this.   I have not worked out one time since my 1/2 marathon.  I feel DISGUSTING.  This last week I really started to feel very FAT.  Sorry to be so graphic, but this past week I have started to  just feel the fat rolling over the top of my waistband and from under the bottom of my bra…..it is so gross.  How did I let this happen again????

I just spent most of the past hour reading my weight loss blog from last summer, when I lost a total of almost 40lbs (now I have gained almost 30 back).  It was quite inpsiring to read how the weight  came off and how good I felt.   I kept writing over and over again about how it was so important for me to get up early and exercise, and get it over for the day……plus start the day out right!   The other big change was my lack of buying diet coke to have at home.  I have totally been doing that gain this year.  That crap is not good for me…..I have said it time and time again…it make me feel like crap.  I don’t want to feel this way anymore.  It is a terrible addiction.  I need to try and control it once again.  So……once again…..let me say it here….no more diet coke for this chick.  Just like breaking any other addiction,  the first few days are the hardest, so I am trying to pump myself up for a good week, a week to start getting back on track to a healthy life.  I want to feel again like I did last year this time.  It was awesome, awesome, awesome! 

My goals this week:

1.  Post here daily!  Let you know how I am doing

2.  No diet Coke…..drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

3.  Do not eat any overt sugars. 

4.  Log food intake daily….aim for 1700-1900 calories and eat 5-6 fruits and veggies.

5.  Exercise 5-6 times this week.

6.  Go to bed early ( I deserve this), get up early!

OK.  here is my exercise plan for the week: 

Monday 0515:  Eliptical 30 min – 40 min, bowflex

Tuesday 0500:  Treadmill 3 miles

Wednesday 0500:  Eliptical 30-40min, bowflex

Thursday 0700:  Treadmill 4 miles

Friday 0500:  Eliptical 30-40min, bowflex

Saturday 0800:  Treadmill 4 miles

I am going to paste these goals and my exercise plan into Word and print them out to hang up in my bathroom.  So I see them each morning. 

My “dream”….to make health and fitness my hobby!!
