My eating the past six days hasn’t been perfect by any means, but it has been controlled and within the “acceptable” range….well, other than Saturday, which coincidentally was also the ONLY day I haven’t workout since last Thursday after my Wednesday night weigh-in.

1 hour cardio
approximately 1500-1600 calories.

I ate well today and hit the gym for an hour of cardio (1/2 hour elliptical – 1/2 hour treadmill)
